Weekly Blog #18 : BUMPY ROADS (12-11/12-15)

This week... — 📉📉

Was incredibly busy and the worst. Honestly to start off, I’m so tired. Like an unbelievable amount. Even as I’m writing this I’m practically falling asleep. Sigh…also I’m like losing my sense of time man…like on Monday I thought it was Wednesday…this week just NEEDED to be over. Like some how it managed to get worse….anyways I spent every recess and lunch taking pictures for 7th Grade Mugs…which was honestly fun but tiring because I skipped lunch each day…(not that it was good anyway) but after I came home I’d go straight to work on NHD. I want a break man…this weekend was supposed to be my time to get things done but I’ll try finish my things during my time at the hotel… anyways science was crazy this week. First thing when we got into the classroom was, “take out a pen and eraser! You have a quiz and SIX PACKETS to finish before class ends!” EVERYONE WAS LOOKING AT EACH OTHER BRU…we were like…DOES ANYONE KNOW WHARS GOING ON…??!! Moving on! I have a math test.. and a science test!! (My grades are going downnn hillll) but at least I brought my science grade up :/// also also this week me and mal switched clothes again! HER CLOTHES ARE FIRE MAN…it’s funny cause she has like different eras and stuff—also this week we took year book cover photos!! THEY WERE FIREEE!! Also I brought my ukulele to school and liker EVERYONE was playing it!!! I’m glad they liked it!! ALSO THERE WAS WINTERBALL THIS WEEK!! It was Lowkey freaky…people were…erm some people have NO FILTER at all!! 

Highlights... —

Even though this week was terrible, I still have some highlights. For the first one, MY NHD IS FINALLY DONE. After months of suffering man… next, I’m finally getting good pictures and this week I’ve made a lot of progress for the 7th Grade Mug pages for yearbook. This week really helped me improve my knowledge of the camera and gave me ideas on how get good photos. My best highlight is that my dad is finally back home. It’s been two months already…, time really flies. My final highlight was that I went to a hotel this weekend! I was really surprised when I found out on Friday. Also man this weekend is like a good break for me…this week felt so long. 

Lowlights... —

Lots of lowlights for this week. My first lowlight is that this week we took down our winter decorations and ALMOST lost our office privileges….devices may be banned sometime soon…also we’re probably gonna get a lecture on Monday…idk why but that’s what Mikaylaa and Sienna tolld me :// also my other lowlight is that WHY DIDNT WE START MUGS WEEKS AGO…me Alex and Sienna have no excuse to why wr didn’t start…sigh..well at least we only need like about 20 photos to finish…majority of them are the portrait ones..!! My other lowlight is that I’ve been tired all week like I’m being serious…I’ve never been this exhausted—even if I get a good amount of sleep…also other lowlight is that we didn’t do math this week or magic notes…tbh I’m kinda sad bc like I was looking forward to magic notes

Lesson Learned ... — 

Be a leader not a follower.. on Monday I learned that you shouldn’t wait if there’s nothing to be waiting for. And that you should take initiative…(learned this from the Christmas lights…) and in addition i really learned that because we are in leadership, it’s a big responsibility. Abusing the position makes it unfair for everyone.
