Weekly Blog #28 : BACK AT IT AGAIN...?! (03-25 /03-28)

 This week... —🤐🤐🤐

This was pretty wonky. . . for one, being off on tuesday and friday. . . Like coming back from break too?? I wish we had Monday off because then my well interpretation of the days won't be all crazy . . . liike I literally wrote on TUESDAY instead of WEDNESDAY. (and I only realized at the last period of that day . . . aka AVID) Anyways.! FInally back from our spring break! 4th quarter lowkey feels quite nerve racking in a way. . . (its gonna be busy, , , I know. . .) I honestly feel like I'm more "on it" right now. Cause like even though I procrastinated on my math homework until 2 AM, I did manage to do almost all my other assignments on time. For some reason I'm like the type of person to do certain things right away because I don't want to deal with it later. . . or its the other way around where I do everything else except those certain things last minute. . . (like jacob! ur a baaaaad influence!!!!!! stop encouraging my procrastination!!) I went to the library twice. Once with Mal and Jaydin and we ended up seeing Dylan there! Literally a surprise encounter/ He told me on Thursday he was reading assasination classroom. Which is absolutely fire because I watched the anime and it's pretty cool! The second time was with jacob and we found some dr seuss books. . . funny thing was that we came there to read a book but we ended up reading only two pages of another book. . . speaking of reading, I was readin gthis comic called, "Your Wings and Mine" Where basically this angel dude is sent out too kill this demon or else he gets fired. . . little does he know he was sent on the mission on purpose because he was supposed to be abandoned in a way. Anyways Wednesday was pretty alright. For one, I wish I started my day off better. Or actaully I wish I ended Tuesday with a levelheaded mind. But moving on, we had orientation practice on Wednesday. Honestly, I was quite nervous. . . 1, my hat was flimsy, 2, I kept forgetting my script for the finale, and finally, I forgot to add some sort of "connection" for the 6th graders. When I got home that day, I immediately fell asleep and when I woke up well . . . it was litearlly so crazy. . . like the lights were OUT. I was sweating an entire river, I literally was so thirsty and I decided to take a shower. . .  Then I stayed up practically until 2-3 AM and ended up just staring at the celining. . . (that is such a jaydin thing to do.) Anyways on thusrday, it was actually an MTSS day which messed me up even more because of how wonky it was and the bell schedule wasn't even fixed beforehand. Anyways we have this map due in social stuides. . . lowkey forgot about it. . . didn't touch it. . . yeah. Also the dance comp props actually seem really cool . . . especially the ferris wheel...(yes alex thank you for informing me that it is indeed NOT a carousel.) You know actually at the start of this week I woke up at like 6:30 AM which is really late since I'm supposed to be up by 5:50 or 6:00. I hated avid and science dudde....and ela... like IM NOT DEPRESSSED WTHH???? (literally mrs miya said I looked so depressed and mr heloca was like "go to sleep")  Anyways on Thursday, we had family nite aka the canceled one. . . (math!) and dude. . . I can't believe what happened on family nite to my FOREHEAD. but over all, it wasn't that bad since I was working at this fill it up station and talking with mal and dylan. Overall this week was short and almost felt like a long three days for me but I pushed through. . . Now I just need to prepare for next week. In truth I'm not that scared, I'm just hoping I don't look awkward since well . . . HOLOMUA'S FIRST (lmao homolua. . . !) 

Highlights... —

-  There was actually quite a few highlights this week! For one, no magic notes and advisory math!! (thank god. . . I actually am so glad bc I would've gon insane.) second highlight is that I got to see my friens again. Aka leadership!! mostly glad I got to see Alex, mal, jaydin, joolin, jayna, and reese!! anyways anotehr highlight was going ot the library. . . TWICE! the first time, it was just me mal and jaydin and mal borrowed two books! one was this romance one. . . .(cool!) that her and joolin were reading! I borrowed the night circus once again becuase I actually only made it a little mor e than half way through the book. I also borrowed this sonic book and. . . sonic has a HUGGGEEE EGO.... like.... IT REACHES ALL THE WAY TO SPACE. . . "he'd be the type to go say, "going on a vacation with my best friend!" and he'd only be on vacation with himself." - mal. . .  AND THAT's LITERALLY SO TRUE.?!? The second round it was me, mal, jaydin, and jacob. We were originally there to read stories to each other but we ended up finding this Rolly Polley on the ground d and throwing it around. . . also I saw JJK (jujutsu kaisen) 0! Me and Jacob were like "Lmao look at geto. . . imagine getting beat by Yuta/" Another highlight would be the meeting getting cancelled! because I finally got to go to linner. . . (its been like a while. . . plus the meetings make my eyes feel so dry.) Another highlight of the week is that I surprisingly managed to talk to dylan for like half an hour. . . we talked about games we played when we were little and horror games. . . he mostly talked about undertale. hes such a nerd on it. . . but thats really cool since he gave me tips on how to get passed the spider stage (i hate her so much cause shes like the longest battles in the gammeee) we also talked about game music, fnaf, starwars (never watched it but he said I should give it a try.) he also talked about collaborations and SONIC!!!ANother highlight is that my quater 3 grades are looking absolutely great! (im afraid to open infinite campus and watch my grade drop but I doubt that'll happen. ..  agian...) Another highlight is when me and mal were talking with each other. We talked about what we did during covid time and staying home for a year. We talked about online friends and how it was prerty craayyzey. Anyway My final highlight is getting my costume almsot completely finished. 

Lowlights... —

- Lowlights is quite  a few. . . (i think?) anyways, First lowlight, I MISS NAOMI. . . AND AZALEA!! WHY DO THEY BOTH HAVE TO BE ON TRIPS. . . or well azalea came back buts  he's sick/// anyways another lowlight is getting homework on the first week back. I know we should be used to it and all but like I'm honestly all over the place the first week of the quarter. . . like I'm already falling behind in ss... Speaking of Social studies, we worked on this map and I lowkey actually went braindead, Like i even forgot my map was homework and left it in a101. . . but its fine cause alex said she'd help me. . .(i love u aledx ur so awesumoe sauce.) Anotehr lowlight would be that next week is orientation. I'm honestly nervous though I know fully there's nothing to be embarassed about. I'm confident in my abilites but I just always have that small bit of dread. I know that I'll eventually try to work better to make each time I speak even better. I hope I don't mess up for Holomua though since. . . (MY COUSIN IS THERE!) moving on another lowlight was wednesday. like the entire school day. I didn't get enough sleep and my eyeballs felt sooo dry. . . and mrs miya and mr heloca thought I was acting weird?? (i fell asleep three times) and yeaaah........another lowlight is not adding a "connection" in my script on wednesday. However I did do it on Thursday last minute. I quickly thought of my own experience and realized, "Oh. I barely rememebered anything from 6th grade orientation. .  it was mostly the uniform tops and the important dates!" so I just decided to go with something that was like, "It might be a lot, I know, but don't stress about remembering it all in the first go.! You'll understand it more throughout the school year." Since that's how it was for me. Oh and the BIGGEST LOWLIGHT EVER. okay so during family nite, I was messsing around with this stupid little suction thingy and. . . welll... i put it on my forehead and I ended up getting a purple bruise on the right side and a small mark on my left side. . . OF MY FOREHEAD. THAT WAS SO DUMB WHATT THE THECCKCKKKDLKASDJSALDJKL!!E:LK@!@#!

Lesson Learned ... —

- lesson(s) learned of this week is that, I need to manage my time more wisely and stop procrastinating because If I keep doing so, I'm gonna eventually slip up and that'll end up sacrificing something far greatterrr.. . another thing I learned is common sense is not all that common. What I did on family nite was something an idiot would do . . . but who says I'm not an idiot from time to time! Anyways. . . I guess I'll have this stupid bruise (ITS NOT A HICKEY GUYS ACTUALLY STOP </3) on my forehead for a few days....as my results of being silly. . . (i have parties to go to. . . and I gotta put make uop on it nowe)
