This week we did Yearbook Picture taking!! I realized I forgot to pay for mines last year. . . (my mom got mad) Anyways Yearbook Picture taking was pretty useless. . . uh Mrs Rockwell was talking aout the mural (like waht) shes such a yapper. . . Uhm and then Mr. Miller sorted his class alphabetically by. . . FIRST NAME? WHAT THE HEY . . . uhm anyways we also did our bio cube blogs this week and it was pretty easy ngl like Blogs are easy in general too . ALSO MAL GAVE ME DINOSAUR SHOES. I LOVE MAL OMG. . . (i miss mal) ANYWAYS I LOVE THEM SO MUCH I LITERALLY WAS JUMPING UP AND DOWN!!! I'm gonna wear those to retreat :#3/ !! Another thing that happened this week was NHD (yes... already..) and our topic was the Cuban Missile Crisis but we changed it to the My Lai Massacre to focus on the Geneva Conventions (which is like laws about how people who are sick, wounded, war criminals, or civilians are supposed to be protected. . . ) but in reality people don't really listen to it thats why its called the Geneva "suggestions" Anyways an example of the one of the many ways this has been violated is the My Lai Massacre . Where US soldiers murdered about 504 civilians including men, women, children, and elderly. Someone who stood up during the massacre was Hugh Thompson. Even though he was slandered as a "traitor" for decades, he followed his humanity over his orders. Anyways we also worked music!!! GOD I LOVE MUSIC! We played Mlp and Mulan. . . AHAHHA my favssss!! AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOOLIN YOURE SO AWESOMEAUSCE.... ALSO THERE WERE THESE COOL EXCHANGE STUDENTS?? at least thats what everyone said... THE GIRLS WERE RLLY COOL LOOKING.. i would'be wanted to be frienns...... TOO BAD I NEVER GOT TO SEE THEM IN PERSON... only on peoples stories.. I practiced my guitar three times this week for two hours. (technically six hours in total) anyways I'm trying to learn how to play seven nation army and also everlong becuase I've been listening to too much foo fightres :3... BUT THEN THERES NO SUCH THING AS TOO MUCH AHAHHAA................... also my room is a mess which is making me lose my mind. I worked on an animation and I even made some clay things for.. :3 ejejje anwyays I'm excited to give it to them after its finisheeddd. omg also there apparently was a fight at 7th grade recess??? ngl it was crazy I saw only two angles ..
HIGHTLIGHTS::
NGl... I said NHD was the absolute worst last year ... considering my situation yeah it was hell last year... BUT NOW.. NHD IS MY ACTUAL FAV?? The My Lai Massacre is such a good topic what the fliP>?? Theres even like court sketches, and transcripts, testimonies, ALL ONLINE?!! and even some mildly distrubing photos.... but its all because the event was a massacre afterall. Another highlight is the photobooth on the computer... AHAHA I LOVE THE PHOTO BOOTH ITS SO SILLY. Another highlight is making more clay things again!!! I made domo, a minecraft block, and a creeper :3. ALSO WORKING MUSIC IS MY BIGGEST HIGHLIGHT!! I lovee mussucc sooo much.. Also... uhm.. ALEX GOT ME A CAT I LOVE YOU ALEX HIS NAME IS GONNA BE "SIR BENNY SMUFFLEKINS.My final highlight is getting boba on thursday because... it was pretty yummmy.... ALSO ANOTHER HIGHLIGHT IS TALKING TO PEOPLE I STOPPED TALKING TOOO!!!
LOWLIGHTS::
Moving on to my lowlights of the week. I think that open house getting cancelled is defintely one of them . . . actually not I think. . . it kinda is :( . . . even thoguh we didn't have to work, I thought it would be cool if we got our first photo of all of us leadership together that day. Also I wanted to retake some photos from last year. But even though it got cancelled I got to play my guitar afterschool!!! As for the reason why it got canceled? If I reread this blog months later I would still remember why lol!! but anyways its cause well yk who... didn't wanna show up!!! Another lowlight would be working TV next week but honestly, I'm not nervous just I hope I know everything. . . but I believe I do. Anotehr lowlight of my week . . . well some things can flip your week all the way upside down. In a bad way. I literally feel iritated about everything. But thats okay. I always get through my own things alone. I just sort my mind out better that way.
LESSON LEARNED::
sometimes it's hard to stay level headed when you're too stressed. Not saying that I get stressed a lot because honestly I'm pretty laid back lolll... But when things.. "overwhelm" you, it's hard to juggle it all and well eventually you'll mess up and boom! you lose whatever ur juggling and it all falls down on yaaa!! But some ways you can make up for that is. ... . . well distracting yourself!! soon you'll forget what you were angry about!! Writing blogs alwayhs distract me from my worries ngll cause no one really cares about what you write in your blog and it's just an outlet for us alll...
