QB4: FIGURE IT OUT.

 THIS QUARTER:: 👼👼👼

- Over this last week of the quarter, I've been getting a lot of nostalgic songs and honestly its making me feel pretty sad. Highschool seems so nerve racking but I'm sure I'll adjust. This quarter was filled with testing and it seriously made me lose my mind... First we had SBA, which was ELA, Math, and Science. Honestly those two days of testing were actually pretty fun especially hanging out in A101 and like sleeping and having a blanket... LOL. I like to cover my face when I slseep idk why but its just something I just do. This quarter was the busiest quarter. Seriously there were so many instances where I thought I was absolutely gonna lose it. This quarter was filled with finals too. THe most stupidest one had to be the science debate because NOT EVERYONE IN MY TEAM DID IT. and IT HONESTLY SUCK BC WHAT THE HECK DUDE. why would you make us do all this preparation … This quarter I’ve also been watching quite a few shows and I actually was working on a couple of animations. In April, I was pretty much on a roll with drawing but once May rolled in, all my personal projects fell apart and I barely worked on any of my animations or drawings and nearing the end of this quarter, I didn’t even play my guitar for around 2 weeks. Because of EOC and constant studying and making sure I’m caught up with everything. Speaking of caught up, there were instances when I thought I was caught up with everything BUT NO the next day i would get reminded of something that I completely forgot and I could’ve finished yesterday or the days before if I REMEMBERED. This quarter I also got to do the interviews for incoming 6th graders which I thought was incredibly fun since it was like, woah, getting the opportunity too, I was just surprised because I was like woah I get to do this??? IT was pretty fun. Especially seeing the alumni and just like talking to them again. This quarter also had our final week of magic notes and honestly I loved them. I seriously loved seeing the double sided from almost everyone and I loved reading through it all. What I hated most about it was that I didn’t have enough space to write more. I think it's funny trying to write so much on a magic note because not having enough space to write just makes me realize I have to say to people and how grateful I am to them. Also this quarter we had dance comp! It was seriously awesome. Sienna was aura farming dude… I loved seeing everyone dance, especially my glorious goat Alex 😍My latest interest of this quarter has to be sonic obviously, and also invincible and adventure time. I’ve been wanting to get this game called ultrakill because it seems pretty cool to play and it has some pretty crazy gameplay which I really wanna try. Its fast paced and it seems prettycool. Another thing that happened this quarter was orientation and honestly it was pretty fun especially being a speaker again. And my most favorite part has to be when we saw holomua and basically all the schools that were actually participating and not absolutely boring for example KAIMILOA… sigh.. MORE ENERGY BRU. jk its already past but it was pretty fun especially talking to 6th graders. I always find it fun to answer their questions and such. Overall really fun and the final thing I remember happen this quarter was MONGOOSE. It was so ridiculous. AHHAHAA> also cheyanne reminds me of THe WInner takes it all which is what I'm Listening to and honestly I should put songs that remind me of the 7th graders, ANYWAYS I'M WATCHING BANANA FISH I THOUGHT IT WAS CALLED BANANA BOAT LIKE THE SUNSCREEN BUT IT WASNT. “A diddy caterpillar” - meygan may 28, 2025 11:50 AM This quarter I also went to three field trips, we had the iolani palace and ice palace, and we also went ot wet n wild! ALso this quarter we had isa banquet and it was A WASTE OF 3 HOURS OF MY TIME. it was alright I mean free food… but thats it.. Also I didn’t like my table. 

HIGHLIGHTS & LOWLIGHTS:: 

My Highlights of this quarter, of this quarter, is aloha dinner because it was absolutely so fun even though I was dreading it for some reason but it was pretty fun. Like aloha dinner was actually so much better that I thought it would be expected. Especially the perforamcen and I’m really glad that people thought it was funny and also my speech. My parents liked the part dedicated to them but I think my speech. ANother highlight of this quarter had to be ice palace because I got better and ice skating! Also wet n wild because it was so fun going on the tornado. Anyways another highlight of this quarter is playing cookie run kingdom and also another highlight of this quarter had to be dance competition and working on my animation because i surprisingly worked a week straight on an animation and it was pretty fun and really shows me that if I’m motviated enough I’ll push myself to finish a lot of things which I’ll try doing from now on. Another highlight of my quarter is passing algebra 1 because eoc and sba threw me off my game. My lowlights of this quarter just had to be not being able to work on personal projects and even when I wasn’t doing anything I would just avoid it because I just didn’t feel like doing anything and just tired. One of these can be the story and comic me and my friends were trying to come up with, AKA CSMR. its still a mess and we’re still trying to figure out how to tie everything together especially since we started it around the SUmmer and it's already the end of the year and we still have a lot to work on. Another lowlight would just be school in general. I still have many years to go of school but seriously with highschool coming up next, and being the next chapter of life I have to go through, I feel exhausted. But its okay, since summer will make me better. Biggest lowlight of this quarter had to be testing because it really made me doubt myself. 

 LESSON LEARNED::

My lesson learned this quarter is to believe that all things will work out. To have a good mindset and to stick with it when you doubt yourself. Its good to push through especially mentally because you need your mind to control everything you do and how you do it. There were so many instances where I lost faith in myself or practically was really close to. However it made me realize if you aren;t giving yourself motivation, no one else will because its you and only you can choose if you preserve in something and continue to keep going.

GRATEFUL FOR: 

I'm incredibly grateful that I managed to pass and made it through the quarter. I'm incredibly grateful for beign able to pass my SBA because it seriously made me so mad because I genuinely doubt myself so much and was so conviced that I was gonna fail but I ended up getting a level 4! which is the highest level. Except for science I didn't really care about science cause LITERALLY NOTHING DR HELOCA TAUGHT or BARELY ANYTHING was on there so it was okay. I'm so grateful that I passed algebra 1 and I'm so glad I didn't die in the process even though there were moments when I felt like ripping all the work up HAHA! It really makes it seem like my struggles were worth it. I'm also immensely grateful that I passed my IAB and my EOC. I'm also grateful for my parents especially for their support in this quarter because there were so many times this quarter when I would come home and randomly start crying or I would be in such a bad mood because of testing and just everything else and managing it all. SO I'M INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL TO THEM. I LOVE YOU MOM AND DAD.  I'm also grateful for my 8-3 people for helping me with my work this quarter I love you gusy I;m glad we helped each other.
